Honeywell sponsors new laboratory at the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological

Hyderabad: A Honeywell sponsored laboratory focused on automation, process control and advanced design opened in the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University today by MM Pallam Raju, Minister of Defense, Government of India.The state of the art laboratory sponsored by Honeywell will provide students from multiple disciplines in both the undergraduate and graduate level to learn about the latest technologies from Honeywell's process. The PCPIR is an area of 250 square kilometers, which is designed to create production facilities for oil, chemicals and petrochemicals along with associated services and infrastructure. There are a number of companies already operating in the region.The new laboratory demonstrates Honeywell's commitment to constantly work with academic institutions to innovate in research and to expand the talent pool in India.
