We asked you to tell us what you think is the most beautiful place in America. Thousands of images poured around the country giving a breathtaking view, a true natural beauty, unique local attractions, breathtaking scenery, a lot of amazing stories to adapt.

1. Asheville, N.C
"GMA" viewers Alan Östman of Candler, NC, appointed in Asheville, located in the Appalachian Mountains in the small town rich in art, architecture and natural beauty.
"I live just outside of Asheville, NC [border] of Pisgah National Forest, perhaps the oldest mountains on earth," Östman wrote in his ruling. "Four miles from my house in the Blue Ridge Parkway. Forest Parkway, and offers some of the most spectacular views I've seen anywhere in the world. I'm walking and cycling in the area every day, and I'm always amazed at the beauty of nature can reveal itself."
2. Aspen, Colo.
Aspen is authentic mountain village known for its world class skiing in the winter and outdoor playground for mountain biking, rafting, fly fishing, rock climbing, hiking and lots of warmer months.
Tessa Lemke of Carbondale, Colorado, presented a beautiful picture of Pyramid Peak, Maroon Bells peaks in part, a short drive from Aspen, who gave us our inspiration.
"Each disc in Aspen, this beautiful view - the change in the Red Rock snow," he wrote. "For me ... it really is not anything like" Lord of the Rings. "Impressive!"
3. Cape Cod, Mass.
Cape Cod has long been a favorite summer holiday destinations made popular by the Kennedy clan and teised.400 square kilometer peninsula is full of beaches and caters to tourists, but the natural beauty of the Cape is forced to Gary Accabo New Haven, Connecticut, naming the area.
"I have been to Provincetown, Cape Cod every summer since 1977. Race Point is the most beautiful part of the National Sea Shore. To get there one evening to experience the breathtaking views of the sunset to admit. Beauty is forever etched in my mind," wrote Accabo.
4. Destin, Fla.

5. Grand Tetons, Jackson Hole, Wyo.
The beautiful views of the Grand Teton Mountains kept viewers Dolly Albers in Peoria, Illinois, returned to this spectacular place.
"Just sit down ... and look forward to the mountains any time of day or night. Nowhere in the United States is good," Albers wrote. "[We] went to our 25 [wedding] anniversary, once again for our 40th and final year for our 55, we are in winter skiing, spring wild flowers in the summer for migration and easy to see the fall color change eye I close my eyes and see this point of view -.? what more could you want "
6. Lanikai Beach, Oahu, Hawaii
Lanikai Beach is a strip of paradise hidden on the island of Oahu.
"How is this not the most beautiful place in America?" Add Basham wrote a Kailua, Hawaii. "Bright, white, soft sand and clear blue, warm water. It is ideal for a romantic picnic on the beach or get married. You have a great time snorkeling with friends, stand-up paddle boarding or kayaking at the beach Mokulua islands."
7. Newport, R.I.

8. Point Reyes, Calif.

Sedona's natural beauty will take your breath ära.Red Rocks inspire such awe that we had to name one of our most beautiful places in America.
"Red Rock Country in and around Sedona, Arizona is one of the prettiest and most peaceful places I have ever visited the U.S.," writes Robert Fruggiero "GMA." "This picture was taken from the Bell Rock is ... a long cross-country RV trip."
10. Sleeping Bear Dunes, Mich.
Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, drawn on the northwest corner of the Lower Peninsula, Michigan, is one of the best kept secrets in the nation. Therefore, the "GMA" viewer Jim Madole Grand Rapids, Michigan, was elected to the ground.
"It's quiet and calm, to find a place in the world, day or night, and realize that the universe is truly magical, majestic mystery, and the people have only a very small part of it all," he wrote in his decision. "Here, Sleeping Bear, I sit in awe and wonder is the perfection of Mother Nature."
